As a consultant, I try to customize my presentations, workshops and coaching to meet the unique needs of my clients. My areas of expertise include: 

• Pastoral Placement: (Searches for Churches): I specailize in pastoral staff searches for youth ministry and family ministry,executive pastors, adult ministires, etc.
• Masterplanning: Includes ministry and staffing plans, organizational developement and strategic planning.
• Leadership Development: Includes staff and elder Board retreats, one on one coaching and staff development
• Family Ministry: I am the founder and former President of the National Assoication of Family Ministries (NAFM). I have worked with churches from 50-5,000 in developing a comprehensive ministry strategy. I also speak at a number of couples conferences, family camps (Forest Home) and other family related events each year.
• Church Health:Includes ministry assessment and personal coaching.
